During tough economic times the value of hard work and attention to detail often make the biggest difference in the success or failure of a project. This project became a reality in part, because of the value our engineering recommedations offered. By modifying the site projection elevation, we reduced the amount of fill required, which in turn reduced the overall cost of the project.
We also made some suggestions on the pump station, which increased efficiency and lowered the upfront cost. It’s our experience that allows us to see these opportunities for savings. Our GPS enabled dozers saved time and improved accuracy. And at the end of the project we provided an “as-built” plan with all the project’s key information. So, when additional units are added, the owner and general contractor can quickly identify the location and depth of power, sewer and water utilities.
