Torrey Street Sewer Separation and Street Reconstruction

Located just off Ocean Avenue in Portland. This nearly three million dollar project consisted of installing new sewer and drainage systems. To make way for this project, existing water and gas mains needed to be relocated. The street sidewalk and curbing were reconstructed in the process. Finish paving was completed in July 2009.
