A new commercial retail, office and residential development located on Route One in Saco, Maine. Park North Development LLC is the owner and developer of this new mixed use project. Currently, the plans for the immediate area included an adjacent 14 lot business park with lot sizes ranging from 1.5 acres to 6.5 acres.
